Oliver Solheim Rodrigues has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Oliver Solheim most recently worked at Telenor Linx as the Head of Product, Millom and B-Lab. Prior to that, they served as a Product Owner for the XC platform at Appear. Oliver also worked at NAGRA, where they held two positions - Pre Sales Manager and Project and Program Manager. Before that, they worked at Conax as a Customer Success Manager and a Senior Support and Integration Engineer. Oliver Solheim'scareer began at RiksTV AS, where they were a Senior Systems Engineer responsible for the test and validation process of receiver equipment for the DTT network. Oliver also gained experience as a Media Engineer at NRK, where they worked on audio production for various broadcast productions. Oliver Solheim began their professional career as a Waiter at Peppes Pizza.

Oliver Solheim Rodrigues pursued their education at the Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences from 2003 to 2005. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in TV production. Additionally, in August 2021, Oliver obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including "Asking Great Sales Questions," "Managing Your Sales Process," and "Sales Strategies and Approaches in a New World of Selling."
