Carlos Montero

Carlos Montero is an experienced professional currently serving as an Effects Integrator/Planner for independent consulting and EKS, an Engagement Trainer at Telum Corporation, and an Effects Planner at CACI International Inc. With a strong background in strategic communications from Northrop Grumman and prior experience as a MISO Regional Planner at 1ST MISB (A), Carlos has been instrumental in various initiatives related to science and technology within the US Army's G-9 Science and Technology Division at USASOC. Carlos is further enhancing expertise through a Master of Arts in Global Affairs program at the University of Oklahoma, set to be completed in December 2026.
