  TextNow is looking for an experienced, savvy and strategically minded Senior Product Manager to join our team.      As a Senior Product Manager, you will direct product strategy and development, ensuring we build great products, drive customer satisfaction, and grow the business. To succeed in this role, you should be a curious and creative leader who utilizes a data-driven approach.   

What You’ll Do:

  • Own a key piece of our business
  • Understand our customer needs – meet with customers, conduct customer research, review data
  • Drive and set roadmap and strategy – communicate your strategy clearly with stakeholders and link it to key customer issues you are solving
  • Negotiate and drive needs to fulfill strategy and meet key objectives – be clear about what you need to get the job done and the ROI it is delivering
  • Manage a cross-functional team to deliver on your vision and roamdmap
  • Drive alignment across Engineering, Product, Design, Data Analytics and Marketing teams to deliver on your vision and strategy.
  • Support and build a data-driven, learning organization that finds long term retention/engagement solutions.  Derive insights through qualitative/quantitative data and turn them into actionable business insights.
  • Build, measure and iterate rapidly using A/B testing and other analytical tools.
  • Oversee building of prototypes and MVP products, measuring successful delivery to our customers and being accountable for KPI’s and targets.
  • Ensure products and releases are launched on schedule with high attention to detail and quality.
  • Partner with marketing, data, engineering and other teams to collaboratively gain insights and feedback on the team strategy and adapt to new learnings
