Rodney Almadin

Rodney Almadin has over 20 years of work experience, with their most recent role being the Director of Philippines Operation at The 360 Companies. In this position, they are responsible for overseeing the daily activities and operation of revenue-generating departments. Prior to this, Rodney served as the Director Global HR Talent Acquisition Shared Services at SYKES Philippines, where they provided strategic direction to the HR talent acquisition team supporting sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding services. Before that, they worked as a Senior Manager II at The DataFlow Group, where they led and managed the global knowledge management team. Rodney also has experience in human capital services, having held the position of Senior Manager at TeleTech, where they supported various HR services and managed a team of over 50,000 global employees. Earlier in their career, Rodney worked as a Consultant at Verizon Business and held multiple roles at Sykes, including Senior Quality Coordinator and Senior Technical Support Professional. Rodney has a strong background in operations, customer support, and talent acquisition.

Rodney Almadin completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering from New Era University in Quezon City, from 1997 to 2001. In 2012, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification in Process Improvement from Ateneo de Manila University. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including Generative AI, Recruiting, and Talent Acquisition from LinkedIn, ISO 9001:2008 Lead Auditor from Neville-Clarke Philippines, Certified in ITILv3 Foundation from APMG International, Network Security Professional from Trend Micro, and a Licensed Electronics & Communications Engineer from the Professional Regulations Commission in 2002.
