Head Of Group Customer Marketing at The AA

Jon Fisher has over 20 years of work experience in marketing and customer relationship management (CRM). Jon has held various positions in companies such as The AA, Costa Coffee, EE, T-Mobile, Wanadoo/Orange, Freeserve, Commonwealth Bank, and BBC.

At The AA, Jon served as the Head of Group Customer Marketing, starting in March 2023.

During their time at Costa Coffee, Jon first worked as the Global Head of CRM & Loyalty from November 2013 to January 2021. Jon then took on the role of Head of Digital, Loyalty & CRM UK from January 2021 to December 2022. Jon implemented a complete transformation of Costa's loyalty and digital strategy, growing revenue and enhancing customer engagement.

At EE, Jon held the position of Head of CRM from February 2012 to October 2013.

Prior to that, Jon worked at T-Mobile as a Senior Pay Monthly CRM Manager from November 2009 to January 2012. Jon was responsible for customer strategy and campaign management to drive revenue and customer loyalty.

At Wanadoo/Orange, Jon was the VOIP Product Manager from June 2004 to May 2006. Jon focused on product strategy, customer insight, and proposition development.

During their tenure at Freeserve from September 2001 to June 2004, Jon worked as the Direct Campaign Manager. Jon developed and delivered campaign strategies to drive customer migration and increase average revenue per user (ARPU).

At Commonwealth Bank, Jon served as a Marketing Communications Project Manager from August 2000 to January 2001. Jon coordinated telemarketing and direct mail campaigns.

Jon began their career at the BBC as a Direct Marketing Coordinator from August 1997 to October 1999. Jon then became the Brand Manager for GCSE Bitesize, where they developed marketing and communication strategies that led to significant growth in brand usage.

Throughout their career, Jon has demonstrated their expertise in customer relationship management, loyalty programs, digital strategy, and campaign management.

Jon Fisher has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business & Marketing from the University of the West of England. Jon also holds an IDM Diploma (Hons) in Direct Marketing and Business Studies from The Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing.
