Shawn Block

Shawn Block is a Principal Customer Success Account Manager at Microsoft since August 2006. Shawn also holds the title of Technical Account Manager for the company. Shawn is currently the Area Referee Administrator at AYSO since January 2012, where Shawn leads the referee programs across Iowa. Shawn manages over 100 volunteer referees, handles training, certification, registration, budgeting, recruitment, and building a supportive and motivating environment for referees. Shawn graduated from Coe College in 1994 with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
