Christian Oliver MIH has extensive experience in human resources and people management, holding positions such as Director of People & Culture at The Arts Club and Head of Human Resources at Canopy by Hilton London City Hotel. Prior to these roles, Christian worked as a Human Resources Director at sbe Lifestyle Hospitality and Executive Head of Human Resources at The Lanesborough. Christian has also held human resources management positions at The Berkeley Hotel, Exclusive Collection, and Marriott International, where Christian was part of the pre-opening HR team for Grosvenor House Dubai.
