Héctor Salazar Salame

Héctor Salazar Salame is currently the Country Representative at The Asia Foundation. Previously, Salame has held positions such as Team Leader and Deputy Team Leader at Cardno International Development and J-PAL Poverty Action Lab respectively. Salame has extensive experience in research and program management related to labor rights, poverty reduction, and urban planning. Salame has also worked with various organizations such as the Henry Luce Foundation and the National Democratic Institute. Salame holds a Master's degree in City Planning and Political Economy from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
