Joanna Bromley

Joanna Bromley has had a varied and successful career. Joanna started as a Summer Analyst at Barclays Capital in 2009, then moved to Goldman Sachs in 2010 where they worked as a Summer Analyst and Investment Banking Analyst. In 2011, they joined Bain & Company as an Associate Consultant, and was promoted to Senior Associate Consultant in 2012. In 2014, they co-founded Just Bananas, a dairy-free, gluten-free, guilt-free banana-based ice cream company. In 2016, they returned to Bain & Company as a Consultant, and was promoted to Senior Manager in 2019. In 2021, they joined National Veterinary Associates as Director of Divisional Operations, Bay Area. Most recently, they co-founded The Better Meat Co. in 2018, where they currently serve as Co-Founder and EVP of Finance.

Joanna Bromley holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Harvard Business School and a B.S. from Duke University, where they graduated with distinction in Economics.
