Thomas Spencer has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Thomas started their career in 2014 as the Head of Billing at Thames Water, where they worked until 2016. From 2017, they held various management positions, including Domestic Sales Manager at Ecotricity and Operations Team Lead at Teleperformance UK. At Teleperformance UK, they were responsible for onboarding services, managing customer service teams, and recruiting and coaching staff. In 2018, they became an Operations Manager at English Heritage. Most recently, they worked as a Customer Interactions Manager at The Bunch, starting in 2020.

Thomas Spencer attended Sir Thomas Rich's from 1994 to 1999, where they completed their GCSEs. Afterward, they went to St Peters Sixth Form Centre from 1999 to 2001 to pursue their A-Levels. Finally, Thomas went to Staffordshire University from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Journalism.
