Caitlin Elizondo

Caitlin Elizondo has a diverse work background, with experience in various roles and industries. Caitlin started their career at the Office of Global Services in 2015, where they worked as the International Graduate Orientation Coordinator. In this role, they planned events, managed email and social media accounts, and provided administrative support. In 2015, they also interned at the FrameWorks Institute, where they assisted with tasks such as event planning, copyediting, and problem-solving. Caitlin then moved on to work at Georgetown University's Linguistics Department as a Graduate Student from 2012 to 2015. Caitlin later joined the Centre for Effective Altruism, starting as an Office Manager in 2017 and eventually progressing to become the Head of Operations. Caitlin is currently serving as the Head of People Operations. Throughout their career, Caitlin has showcased their abilities in organization, communication, event planning, and problem-solving.

Caitlin Elizondo holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Sociolinguistics from Georgetown University, which they completed from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Linguistics from Swarthmore College, where they studied from 2009 to 2011. Caitlin also received a Bachelor's degree, majoring in Linguistics, from Haverford College in 2011. Additionally, they had a semester abroad at University College of London in 2009, where they pursued studies in Linguistics and Psychology.
