Brett Tinnes

As Senior Vice President of Rental Operations, Brett oversees the day-to-day operations of a portion of Champion’s portfolio. In addition, he is instrumental in arming the Operations Team, including the COO, with the data and forecasting models they need to make informed decisions for the communities they oversee.

Brett manages Champion’s pricing and revenue management software as well as its inventory management for the Maintenance Team. Moreover, he sets and monitors the operating budgets for each of Champion’s communities.

Brett attended The Ohio State University and Franklin University, where he graduated with a degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management.
