Victoria Jones has a diverse work experience spanning over ten years. Victoria started their career as a Human Resource Administrator at Global Radio, where they handled various HR administrative tasks, including overseeing the onboarding and offboarding processes.

Victoria then moved on to Mentaur Ltd, where they worked as a Human Resource Officer, responsible for monitoring staffing needs, recruiting managerial positions, and delivering company inductions.

Next, Victoria joined TNT Express as an HR Advisor, where they provided support and advice to line managers on employee relations issues, conducted HR policy reviews, and handled recruitment and selection processes. Victoria also played a role in developing and managing HR intranet content.

Most recently, Victoria worked at The Children's Society, starting as an HR Advisor and gradually progressing to HR Business Partner, Head of People Experience, and eventually Head of People Partnering. In these roles, they contributed to the development of people plans, influenced cultural change, and supported workforce and talent planning.
