Neal Menke

Neal Menke is a seasoned professional bartender with diverse experience in various hospitality environments. Currently serving at The Colonnade Hotel since May 2023, Neal began at the rooftop pool bar and transitioned to the hotel's restaurant and cocktail bar, Lucie’s Drink + Dine. Previous experience includes bartending in multiple Amsterdam venues such as the Pulitzer Hotel and Stedelijk Museum, as well as a seasonal role at Brass Boer Bonaire, focusing on Tiki cocktails. Neal's background in customer service and communication is complemented by earlier positions involving training, mentoring, and public relations. Educated at the European Bartender School and the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, Neal continues to thrive in the hospitality industry.
