Since 2003, the mission of The Crossroads Group is simply to help organizations hear and respond to the voice of the customer/stakeholder and report findings in a manner that facilitates effective follow-up action at all levels (from senior leadership to front-line staff). While specializing in the community health center, rural health clinics, health departments, and other primary care delivery organizations, the Crossroads Group also is experienced in providing services for pharmacies, specialty care centers (e.g. Nephrology), Emergency Rooms, and hospitals. The Crossroads Group is also experienced working with health plans and health plan surveys and has provided services in other industries such as education, residency programs, and banking and has implemented several custom surveys to assess special programs or grant-funded projects.

The Project Management & Analysis team at The Crossroads Group is responsible for overseeing the successful execution and analysis of client projects. This includes coordinating and managing project timelines, ensuring client requirements are met, and analyzing data to provide actionable insights. The team also collaborates closely with clients from various sectors such as health centers, hospitals, pharmacies, and more to implement customized surveys and assessments, ensuring the voice of the customer/stakeholder is accurately captured and effectively addressed. Additionally, the team facilitates onboarding for new clients and maintains compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
