Joy Jing

Head of Community at The Fund

Joy Jing has a wide range of work experience. Joy began their career in 2014, when they became the Treasurer and Sponsorships Associate Director for Harvard Undergraduate Women In Business (HUWIB). Joy then worked as an Architectural Intern at Davis Square Architects in 2015, and as an LBC Intern at studio2sustain in the same year. In 2016, they took on the role of Architectural Assistant at Hopkins Architects. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Studio Manager at KVA matx, a Strategic Sourcing Associate at Wayfair, and a Co-Lead and Member at Franklin Fellowship. In 2019, they joined MassChallenge as an EA to CEO, Growth Associate, and Executive Coordinator. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Head of Community at The Fund.

Joy Jing has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Harvard University in Environmental Science and Architecture with a Secondary in Economics, which they obtained in 2017. In 2019, they took Continuing Education courses at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Joy also obtained an Architecture track certificate from Harvard University Graduate School of Design in 2013 through the Career Discovery Program. In 2021, Joy Jing obtained a Full Stack Web Development certification from CodeSquad.org. Additionally, in 2020 they obtained a Certificate in Introduction to Computer Science and Programming Using Python from MITx Courses.
