Isaak Hayes

Isaak Hayes is currently a co-founder at The Hidden Genius Project, but they have also held many other notable positions in the field of product design. Isaak was previously a Sr. Product Design Manager at AppDirect, where they were responsible for managing the product design team with the goal of innovating the future of software delivery. Isaak was also focused on building inclusive strengths-based teams that would ensure success for both the team members and the company. Hayes then went on to be the Principal Product Designer at SugarSync, where they led product design for both consumer and enterprise level file storage for mobile, web, and desktop platforms. The company was acquired by J2 Global in spring 2015. After that, they became the Director of User Experience at RealCrowd. And finally, before returning to their current position at The Hidden Genius Project, they were a Sr. User Experience Designer at Salesforce.com.

Isaak Hayes has a degree in graphic design from Western Washington University and a degree in illustration and fine arts from San Jose State University. Isaak has also completed a certification program from LinkedIn in The Key to Good Communication: Your Audience, Collaborative Leadership, Having Difficult Conversations, Storytelling for Designers, and Top 5 Speed Reading Tips (2014).
