Dan P.

Dan P. has extensive work experience in various roles within different companies. Dan began their career at John Lewis & Partners in 2012 as a Merchandise Manager, and later transitioned to the role of Regional Learning Facilitator. In 2018, they joined Principality Building Society as a Learning and Development Consultant, where they focused on resilience, personal development, and leadership. Dan is also experienced in employee engagement and diversity and inclusion. Currently, Dan holds the position of Head of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging at Principality Building Society.

Dan P.'s education history includes an apprenticeship in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from 2019 to 2021, where they obtained a CIPD, level 5, HR Management degree. Prior to that, they attended the University of Kent from 2000 to 2003 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and IR.
