Daliana Rattray

Daliana Rattray has a diverse range of work experience, with their most recent position being at The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection as the Human Resources Director since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior People & Culture Manager at SLS South Beach from June 2021 to January 2023.

Daliana also has experience as a Human Resources Manager at Portobello America from May 2019 to June 2021, where they supported the establishment of a manufacturing plant and warehouses and implemented various employee programs.

Before that, Daliana worked as a Corporate Senior Human Resources Business Partner at The Berkley Group, Inc from April 2016 to May 2019. During their time there, they achieved record-breaking deadlines and successfully executed open enrollments and managed new hire benefit enrollment processes.

Daliana 'searlier experience includes working as a Human Resources Generalist at Loews Miami Beach Hotel from May 2011 to April 2016, where they received recognition for their commitment, work ethic, and flawless execution of open enrollment procedures.

Daliana Rattray began their career as a Data Entry Specialist II & Community School Specialist at Michael Krop Highschool from February 2005 to June 2013.

Daliana Rattray began their education in 2000 at Dr. Michael Krop Senior High, where they obtained their High School Diploma with a focus on Music in 2004. Daliana then attended Florida International University from 2004 to 2009, earning a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. In 2011, Daliana pursued higher education at Nova Southeastern University and completed their Masters of Human Resource Management degree in 2013. To further enhance their skills, they pursued a Six Sigma Certification in Green Belt from the School of Engineering and Computing, Division of External Programs at Florida International University in 2014.
