Jesu Swensen

Jesu Swensen is an experienced mixologist currently working at The Sanchaya since April 2022. Prior positions include serving as Head Bar & Service Team at Momoo juice & coffee bar from December 2020 to May 2022, and as a Bartender at JW Marriott between September 2019 and May 2020. Jesu Swensen began a career in the hospitality industry as a trainee at Ozone Bar in The Ritz Carlton Hong Kong from July 2018 to January 2019, followed by a trainee role at Bulgari Hotels & Resorts from January 2017 to July 2017. Educational background includes studies at Batam Tourism Polytechnic from 2015 to 2019.
