Tejinder Sandhu

Tejinder Sandhu has extensive experience in analog and mixed signal circuit design. They worked as a Staff analog and mixed signal design engineer at The Six Semiconductor since 2022, where they designed Phase Locked Loops for memory PHYs and gained expertise in Cadence IC layout. Prior to that, Tejinder worked as a Senior Analog and Mixed Signal Circuit Design Engineer at Synopsys Inc from 2019 to 2022. They also have research experience, including completing a PhD and working as a Research Assistant at Dalhousie University, where they focused on CMOS design and layout, feedback loop stability analysis, and physical layout verification. Additionally, Tejinder worked as an Electronic Hardware Engineer at Ocean Sonics Ltd. and as an Assistant Researcher at the University of Calgary.

Tejinder Sandhu has a strong educational background in the field of electronics and microelectronics. In 2003, they enrolled in Punjab Technical University and obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering in 2007.

Seeking further knowledge in the field, Tejinder pursued a Master's degree in Microelectronics at Dalhousie University from 2007 to 2010. This educational experience allowed him to deepen their understanding of microelectronics.

Continuing their academic journey, Tejinder then pursued a prestigious Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Microelectronics at Dalhousie University. Tejinder dedicated four years, from 2014 to 2018, to extensive research in this field, further enhancing their expertise.

In addition to their formal education, Tejinder Sandhu has obtained two notable certifications related to their profession. In June 2019, they became a Professional Engineer (PE) through Professional Engineers Ontario. Prior to that, in October 2017, they achieved the status of Professional Engineer (P.Eng, full member) from the Association of Professional Engineers of Nova Scotia.
