Eero Tuhka

Eero Tuhka has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Eero started their career as an intern at UPM - The Biofore Company in 2015 and later returned for a thesis worker position in 2016. In the same year, they also interned at McKinsey & Company as part of a global internship program.

In 2016, Eero joined McKinsey & Company full-time as a Junior Associate. Eero later transitioned to the role of Associate in 2018, where they gained valuable consulting experience until their departure in 2019.

Eero then joined Smartly.io in 2019 as a Customer Data Scientist, Team Lead. Eero was responsible for managing customer data and leading a team. In 2020, they took on the role of Product Manager before leaving the company at the end of the year.

Currently, Eero is working at The Upright Project, starting in December 2020. Eero first held the position of Data & Code, where they managed and analyzed data. Eero has now been promoted to the role of VP, Data, where they continue to contribute their expertise.
