Marco Ramirez

Marco Ramirez currently serves as the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at The YMCAs of Quebec since December 2022. With a robust background in the hospitality and food service industry, Marco has held key management roles at well-known establishments, including Store Manager at Starbucks and Customer Service Manager at Air Canada. Previous experience also includes leadership positions at The Keg Steakhouse + Bar, Traffic Tech, Java U Lounge, Jamba Juice, and Romano's Macaroni Grill, showcasing expertise in operational management, sales performance, and team development. Marco holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management from Penn State University and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Foothill Community College.
