Susanne Neumann-Lermen

Susanne Neumann-Lermen is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior HR Manager and HR Site Lead at Thermo Fisher Scientific since March 2024, Susanne previously held the position of Senior HR Manager at MaxLinear from March 2021 to February 2024. Earlier career highlights include serving as Senior Talent Manager at Netcentric from February 2019 to February 2021, and HR Manager for Europe at Zuken from March 2011 to February 2019. Susanne began the career at biogen idec as an HR Coordinator from 2001 to 2004 and also worked at Lotus Development as a Senior Executive Marketing Assistant EMEA between 1998 and 2001. Susanne holds a Diplom Kauffrau degree in Business Administration from Universität des Saarlandes.
