Michał Malik has extensive work experience in technical support and leadership roles. Michał started their career at Thomson Reuters in 2009 as a Network Management Specialist and progressed to roles such as Network Management Supervisor and Lead Technical Specialist. Michał then joined Refinitiv in 2018 as a Team Leader for Technical Support Network Engineers. In 2020, they joined Amazon Development Center as a Compliance Manager. Currently, they are working at Thomson Reuters as a Team Lead for Product Support.

Michał Malik's education history begins in 2004 when they enrolled at Gdansk College of Health. Michał completed their studies in 2009, earning a degree in "inżynier" with a specialization in "Sieci Komputerowe i Systemy Rozproszone."

In addition to their formal education, Malik has obtained several certifications throughout their career.
