Wout Wenselaar

Wout Wenselaar has a strong background in HR, with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Wout started their career as a Management Trainee HR at Vopak and later worked as an HR Officer at Vopak Headoffice. Wout then joined VTTI B.V., where they served as an HR Manager Eurotank Amsterdam and HR Manager VTTI Netherlands. In these roles, they were responsible for developing HR departments, implementing industry standards, and managing international projects. Wout later joined Air Liquide as a Senior HR Business Partner Benelux before taking on the role of HR Director Benelux at TIP Group in 2022. Throughout their career, Wout has demonstrated their ability to drive operational efficiency and contribute to strategic HR initiatives.

Wout Wenselaar obtained their Bachelor's degree in HRM & Organization Development from Fontys University of Applied Sciences between 2001 and 2005. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Bedrijfskunde at Nyenrode Business University from 2005 to 2006.
