Alina Tieu

Alina Tieu has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Alina began their career at Crabtree & Evelyn as a Key Holder from August 2013 to February 2014. Alina then worked at Godiva Chocolatier as a Key Holder, responsible for cash register operations and training seasonal employees from September 2012 to June 2015. Alina joined EB Games Canada as a Key Holder - Senior Game Advisor/Trainer in November 2014 and later took on the role of Assistant Store Manager from August 2015 to October 2016.

In 2018, Alina transitioned to a role at Parq Vancouver as a Human Resources Assistant, providing full-cycle onboarding and orientation for all positions related to the casino operations. Alina also served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, conducting job offers, developing recruitment plans, and representing the organization to potential recruitment sources from July 2018 to May 2021.

Currently, Alina works at Tipalti as a Human Resources Operations Coordinator. In this role, they coordinate and executes employee engagement activities, creates new projects, and implements workplace safety plans, including Covid-19 protocols. Alina maintains accurate employee records and serves as a resource for HR and benefits inquiries. Alina also collaborates with teams from different locations to ensure an integrated and global approach to HR.
