Martin Wiles

Martin Wiles has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and people operations. Martin currently serves as the Head of People Operations at Tipalti since June 2023. Prior to this, they were the Head of Talent Acquisition Enablement - Sourcing & Operations at Tipalti from March 2022 to June 2023.

Before joining Tipalti, Martin worked at Citi from February 2020 to March 2022 as the EMEA Head of Talent Sourcing. In this role, they transformed the talent sourcing function, led a team of 50 talent sourcers, and implemented innovative sourcing strategies and tools.

From August 2017 to December 2019, Martin served as the Talent Acquisition Leader for the Middle East, Turkey, Africa & Central Europe at Honeywell. Martin led a high-performing team, designed local talent acquisition strategies, and focused on diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Additionally, Martin completed a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification in 2013.
