Jof started their career as a Motorsport Contractor in 2002 and later worked as a Lead Engineer at Delphi, where they led a team in developing innovative technologies for high-pressure diesel fuel pumps. In 2007, they co-founded i-together, a company that created the Blog Friends social news app.

From 2010 to 2012, Jof was a co-founder and co-designer of FitFu.com, an iOS fitness app and social network that gained recognition for its design. Jof then co-founded Timecounts Inc in 2013 and played a crucial role in developing the frontend of a large-scale ReactJS application using various technologies.
