Mireia G.

Mireia G. has had a long and successful career in the pharmaceutical industry. Mireia began their career in 1996 as an Honorary Fellow at the McArdle Lab for Cancer Research at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In 1998, they became a Research Fellow at the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIH-NIEHS). In 2002, they moved to Almirall as a Discovery Program Leader in the Respiratory and Inflammation Area. In 2008, they joined The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson as a Principal Scientist in Immunology Drug Discovery and Development. In 2012, they became the Director of Business Development Oncology at Bristol Myers Squibb. In 2018, they were appointed Executive Director Pharma BD&L at Novartis. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed Chief Business Officer at Topas Therapeutics GmbH.

Mireia G. obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the Universitat de Barcelona between 1992 and 1996. Mireia also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biology, General from the Universitat de Barcelona between 1987 and 1991.
