Pam Milne

Pam Milne has a diverse and extensive range of work experience. Pam is currently serving as the Head of People Services Transformation at TPXimpact, a role they began in March 2023. Prior to their current position, Pam operated their own business, Milne Consultancy Ltd, as the Director from July 2016 to April 2023. Pam has held various interim positions, including Interim Head of People Operations at Hyperoptic Ltd. from December 2020 to August 2021, and HR Consultant - Interim at Lifeways Group from May 2019 to September 2020. Pam has also worked as an HR Shared Services Projects and Services Manager - Interim at Equinix from June 2018 to November 2018, and as an HR Shared Services Manager - Interim at Thames Water from July 2016 to September 2017. Prior to their interim roles, they served as the Head of HR Shared Services at Hutchison 3G for over 12 years, where they oversaw various HR functions and responsibilities. Pam has previous experience as a Shared Services Manager at National Australia Group and as a Senior Operations Manager at Rank Group.

Pam Milne holds a Level 7 Diploma in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the DPG Institute of Technology and Management. Pam also attended Elgin High School, where they focused on Human Resources Management and Services.
