Val Routledge

Val Routledge is a skilled professional with diverse experience in customer service and management, currently serving as the 1000 Islands Park Manager at Treetop Trekking since April 2022. Previous roles include Station Operations Control Coordinator and Customer Sales and Service Agent at Air Canada, as well as a Quality Technician at 3M. Val began career progression as a Junior Travel Consultant at CAA North & East Ontario, and also developed strong customer engagement skills at LUSH Fresh Handmade Cosmetics and YMCA Canada. Additional experience includes roles in event coordination at Sky Zone Franchise Group and guiding tours at Skywood Eco Adventure. Val holds a degree in Tourism and Travel Studies from Algonquin College and has a solid educational background including studies at the University of Waterloo and a high school diploma from Brockville Collegiate Institute.
