Matt Li

Matt Li's work experience includes positions at Trek Bicycle, GE Healthcare, JDA Software, Tyler Technologies, and BorgWarner Inc.

At Trek Bicycle, they started as a Software Engineer in January 2020 and later became the Lead Software Engineer in January 2022. In this role, they worked on the SAP Commerce/Hybris CMS platform and collaborated with web content and UX designers to develop an e-commerce website. Matt also implemented a new checkout flow with additional security features and worked with UX developers in Vue.

At GE Healthcare, Matt worked as a Software Engineer from September 2018 to January 2020. Matt served as a DevOps Engineer for X-ray Imaging, developing automated build pipelines using Jenkins DSL and Groovy programming language. Matt also worked with GitLab Rest API and Docker for OS migration. Additionally, they developed a MEAN stack dashboard for the QA team.

Matt also had a brief stint at JDA Software as a Software Engineer from March 2018 to August 2018.

Prior to that, they were a Software Development Intern at Tyler Technologies from May 2017 to December 2017. During this internship, they developed a web application using the Microsoft development suite and frameworks like AngularJS and Angular 2.0.

Matt'searliest work experience was an internship at BorgWarner Inc. from December 2015 to October 2016. There, they worked as a Laboratory Intern, utilizing analytical techniques to investigate properties of materials used in automobile transmissions and using Visual Basic to process data.

Matt Li completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Technology/Technician from Michigan State University, starting in 2009 and finishing in 2016. Additionally, they pursued a second Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Oakland University, starting in 2015 and completing it in 2017. Currently, Matt has obtained the MuleSoft Certified Developer certification from MuleSoft in August 2018.
