Global Head Of Customer Success at Trendspek - Precision Asset Intelligence

Anu Subba has over 13 years of work experience in customer success, account management, and sales support roles. Currently, Anu is the Head of Customer Success at Trendspek - Precision Asset Intelligence since May 2023. Prior to this, from 2020 to 2023, Anu worked as the Head of Customer Success at Archistar.ai, where they were responsible for developing and executing a customer success strategy for SMB and Enterprise customers across APAC and globally. In this role, Anu also managed partner channels, including presales functions and contract negotiations, with a focus on advocacy, consumption, adoption, and business value realization.

From 2017 to 2020, Anu was the Manager of the Customer Success Team at Clinic to Cloud. In this role, they had ownership of the customer experience from post-sales handover to renewal, ensuring product adoption and customer retention goals were met. Anu also played a vital role in building and growing the Customer Success team, taking a hands-on approach to recruitment, induction, and outstanding onboarding of all Customer Success employees.

Before Clinic to Cloud, Anu worked as a Senior Operations Account Manager APAC at BROWZ from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2016, Anu held the position of Account Manager at MYOB. They started their career at MYOB BankLink as a Sales Support Specialist from 2011 to 2013. Anu's first role was as an Inside Sales Representative at Aegon from 2010 to 2011.

Throughout their career, Anu Subba has gained expertise in customer success, account management, team management, project management, change management, and stakeholder management.

Anu Subba obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce, General from Macquarie University. In addition, they also completed the Women Rising Program provided by Women Rising and obtained their certification in February 2022.
