Tim Donaghy

Tim Donaghy has a diverse work experience in the recruitment industry. Tim is currently working as a Sales Director at TRIA since February 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Recruitment at Procorre from July 2020 to February 2022.

Before joining Procorre, Tim held multiple roles at Sanderson Recruitment PLC. Tim was the Head of Talent Management from November 2018 to July 2020, the Head of Permanent Delivery from October 2013 to November 2018, and the Head of Finance Division from October 2012 to October 2013.

Tim also worked as a Regional Manager at Investigo from November 2011 to October 2012 and as a Manager and Finance Recruitment Consultant at Martin Ward Anderson from July 2008 to November 2011 and June 2006 to June 2008, respectively.

Earlier in their career, Tim served as a Recruitment Consultant at PJ Locums from January 2004 to October 2005 and as a Sales Manager at Recruitment UK from August 2000 to December 2003.

Tim Donaghy attended Timaru Boys High School from 1987 to 1991. Tim then studied at the University of Otago from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Psychology.
