Caroline Adler

Caroline Adler has more than 15 years of experience in executive and advisory roles across various sectors. Most recently, they worked as a Senior Director at Year Up, where they oversaw projects and planning, new ventures, and special projects. Prior to Year Up, they worked as a Director at Social Ventures Australia, where they designed and implemented the Industry Employment Initiative. Before that, they served as a Senior Director and Director of Operations at Year Up Boston, overseeing operational planning and budgeting, people development, and team management. Caroline also has experience as a Director at Cambrian Innovation, a Manager/Principal Lawyer at Justice Connect, and a Corporate Attorney at Allens Arthur Robinson. Adler is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Triad Consulting Group.

Caroline Adler holds a BA(Hons)/LLB(Hons) degree in Law/French from the University of Melbourne, which they earned from 1998 to 2003. In 2001 to 2002, they attended Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III) to study Law/International Relations. Caroline also pursued a Masters of Public Policy degree in Social and Urban Policy at Harvard Kennedy School from 2010 to 2012.
