Karen started their career at The Depository Trust Company, where they held various positions including Employee Relations Director. At Boston International, they served as the Human Resources Manager and established best practices for employment benefits and payroll activities. Karen then joined Essential Salon Products as the Human Resources Manager, providing full-service HR support for over 125 employees. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Human Resources/Total Rewards at TriMark USA, where they oversee the company's human resources functions and is responsible for supporting their regional teams.
Karen Vail holds an MBA degree in Business from Long Island University and a degree in Management with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services from the State University of New York at Oswego.
