Darcie Laufenberg

Darcie (Hardee) Laufenberg, MA, is an experienced professional in the fields of learning and development, talent management, and consulting. Currently serving as Manager II for Learning and Development in Talent Management at TriMet, Darcie has held various roles, including Learning and Development Program Manager and Talent Development Consultant at Mercer Limited (UK).
