Deepak Giri

Deepak Giri is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in manufacturing engineering roles across various companies. Currently serving as Senior Director of Manufacturing Engineering at Tsubaki Nakashima Co., Ltd since May 2025, Deepak previously held positions such as Senior Manager of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering at Carrier HVAC and Engineering Manager at Zimmer Biomet. With a strong background in strategic planning, capital implementation, and lean manufacturing, Deepak has managed diverse teams and facilitated significant projects throughout a career that includes pivotal roles at U.S. Tsubaki Power Transmission, LLC and Suzuki. Deepak holds an M.B.A. from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst and advanced degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island and the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
