Cynthia Wood

Cynthia Wood is an accomplished professional with a strong background in customer service and management roles within the technology and insurance sectors. Currently serving as the Service Desk Director at Tyler Technologies since October 2022, Cynthia previously held the position of Customer Success Manager at NIC Inc. from May 2021 to October 2022. Prior to these roles, Cynthia sought new employment in November 2019 and worked at NCCI from October 2004 to November 2019 as a National Policy Consultant, where expertise in workers' compensation insurance information was developed, including data analysis and industry trend reporting. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Communication from Florida Atlantic University, obtained between 2010 and 2014.
