Jimmy Lau Cpo Mspo

Jimmy Lau has a diverse work experience in the field of orthotics and prosthetics. Jimmy started their career as a CNA at New Milford Hospital in 2003 and later interned at Vendmore Systems. In 2008, they joined East Coast Orthotic & Prosthetic Corporation as an Orthotic Fitter and eventually became a Resident Orthotist and Board-Eligible Orthotist. In 2013, they moved to Hanger, Inc. and worked as an ABC Certified Prosthetist-Orthotist Clinic Manager. In 2018, Jimmy became a Clinical Specialist at LIM Innovations before transitioning to the role of Clinical Manager at The Joyce Center. Most recently, Jimmy is currently working as a CPO at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs since October 2020.

Jimmy Lau CPO MSPO received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Communications from Mount Saint Mary College in the year 2008. Jimmy then pursued their interest in prosthetic and orthotic studies, earning a Certificate in Orthotics from the Newington Certificate Program in 2011-2012, and a Certificate in Prosthetics from the same program in 2012-2013. Jimmy further enhanced their expertise by completing their Master's degree in Prosthetic and Orthotics from the University of Hartford in 2017. Additionally, they hold the certification of Certified Prosthetist-Orthotist from the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics & Pedorthics, Inc.
