Dr. Tracy Holman-Speights

Dr. Tracy Holman-Speights has extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Most recently, they served as the Senior Vice President of Operations and Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion at U.S. Renal Care. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Vice President of Home Operations at the same company. Dr. Tracy also founded and served as the CEO/Owner of TheDocNP. Dr. Holman-Speights worked at Fresenius Medical Care North America as the Vice President of Home Therapies Education and later as the Vice President of Education. Dr. Tracy also spent several years at DaVita Kidney Care, where they held various leadership positions, including Senior Director of Clinical Operations, Director of Clinical Operations, and Regional Operations Director. In the early years of their career, they worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Integrated Systems Management, Inc., and as a Medical Affairs Coordinator-FNP at William F. Ryan Community Health Center.

Dr. Tracy Holman-Speights holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in Nursing Education from Wilkes University, which they obtained between 2017 and 2019. Dr. Tracy also holds a TEFL, TESOL, TESL certification in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instruction from Oxford Seminars in 2015. Furthermore, they earned an MBA in Executive/International studies from Mercer University - Stetson School of Business and Economics in 2009. In 2000, they completed a BSN/MS degree in Family Practice Nurse/Nursing from Pace University-Pleasantville/Briarcliff Campus. Dr. Holman-Speights obtained a BS degree in Psychology from City University of New York-Herbert H. Lehman College in 1997 and an A.A.S. degree in Education from Borough of Manhattan Community College in 1987. Additionally, they have received several certifications, including Mental Health First Aid from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing in 2023, and certifications in various coaching areas from Transformation Academy between 2020 and 2021. Dr. Tracy has obtained other certifications in inclusive and ethical leadership and diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
