Kenneth Thompson

Kenneth Thompson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kenneth began their career in 2011 as a Control System Engineer at Shearer's Foods, Inc., where they ensured the proper operation of a fully automated food processing and packaging facility. In 2012, they transitioned to DuPont Pioneer as a Maintenance Supervisor, leading maintenance activities at one production location.

In 2013, Kenneth joined Chromatin, Inc. and held various roles, including Director of Plant Operations and Director of Global Supply Chain. As Director of Plant Operations, they oversaw the operation of three production locations and led initiatives to improve safety, implement maintenance and preventative programs, and increase production capacity through acquisitions and capital projects. As Director of Global Supply Chain, they focused on production planning, labor planning, budgeting, and continuous improvement.

In 2018, Kenneth joined White Energy as an Operations Manager before moving to U.S. Silica Company in the same role. Kenneth later became the Maintenance Manager and then the Operations Manager at U.S. Silica Company. Currently, they serve as the Operations Excellence Manager at U.S. Silica Company.

Throughout their career, Kenneth has demonstrated their expertise in operations management, maintenance, project management, budgeting, and team building. Kenneth has consistently achieved significant improvements in safety, efficiency, and production capacity.

Kenneth Thompson obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Eastern New Mexico University, where they studied from 1994 to 1999. In addition to their degree, they also earned certifications in "15 Secrets Successful People Know about Time Management (getAbstract Summary)" from LinkedIn in August 2020, and "How to Use LinkedIn Learning" from LinkedIn in December 2018.
