Gursimran Singh

Gursimran Singh has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Gursimran started their career at Auribises Technologies Pvt Ltd as an Android Developer Intern, where they built an Android app using convolutional neural networks to recognize clothing materials and provided technical support to users. After that, they joined Concordia University as a Service Center Analyst at AITS, where they provided support for academic information technology services. Gursimran later worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the university. In 2020, Gursimran Singh transitioned to Morgan Stanley as a Cloud Engineer, specializing in cloud technologies. Currently, they are working at Uberflip in the role of Cloud Engineer, focusing on cloud infrastructure management.

Gursimran Singh completed their Master's degree in Computer Science from Concordia University from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science from Punjab Technical University and Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Ludhiana.

In terms of additional certifications, Gursimran obtained the following certifications: AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate and AWS Certified Developer – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in March 2022 and October 2021 respectively. Gursimran also achieved the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification in April 2021. Additionally, they obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification in February 2021 and the HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate certification from HashiCorp in May 2021.
