Richard Davis

Richard Davis, CMP, CTE, currently serves as the Senior Director of Dining Services at Morrison Healthcare since July 2022. Prior to this role, Richard was the General Manager of Campus Dining at Samford University with Sodexo from April 2019 to July 2022. Richard also held the position of General Manager at the City Club of Birmingham while with ClubCorp from November 2011 to April 2019, and was the Director of Sales at Crescent Hotels & Resorts between March 2010 and October 2011. From November 2008 to March 2010, Richard was a General Manager with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., and previously served as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Jackson Hospitality Services, where conversion of a full-service hotel from the Sheraton brand to an independent boutique hotel was managed. Richard's earlier experience includes a tenure as General Manager at the Cahaba Grand Conference Center, managing the largest non-resident conference center in Alabama from 2003 to October 2007. Richard holds a degree from The University of Alabama at Birmingham.
