Amy Doram

Amy Doram has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Amy currently holds the position of Head of People and Culture at UK Coaching since 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Global Learning and Development Manager at AKZO NOBEL LIMITED from 2019 to 2020, where they were responsible for the learning requirements and capability building of employees. Before that, they were a Business Partner UK&I at AkzoNobel from 2015 to 2018, where they handled both Learning and Development and HR generalist responsibilities. Amy also has experience working as a Business Partner at Capita from 2013 to 2014 and as a Business Partner & CSR Chairperson at O2 (Telefónica UK) from 2011 to 2013. Their earlier roles include Head of Training & Compliance (Group) at Pentagon Group from 2006 to 2008 and Senior Business Development Manager at Cardif Pinnacle from 2003 to 2006. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in various areas such as learning and development, HR, employee engagement, and business partnering.

Amy Doram earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human Resources Management and Development from The University of Salford in 2015. Amy also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and Development from The University of Huddersfield, which they obtained from 2010 to 2013. Prior to their university studies, Amy attended Thornhill High school.
