Claire Chen

Claire Chen has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Claire currently holds the position of Head of People & Organization SOFs at Umicore Group. Prior to this role, Claire served in various HR leadership positions at Umicore Greater China. Claire also gained valuable experience as an HR Manager at AEGON-CNOOC Insurance Co., Ltd and as a Human Resources Manager at FMC Corporation. Claire obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree from Shanghai University.
