Valters Kondrovs

Valters Kondrovs is an experienced operations and project management professional with a strong background in eCommerce and logistics. Currently serving as Operations Manager DTC at Under Armour since August 2021, Valters is responsible for operational excellence and digital supply chain improvements across various DTC channels with significant annual shipped revenue. Prior to this role, Valters held multiple positions at Suitsupply, including Project Manager Fulfillment & Order Management, Business Analyst, Logistics Assistant, and Logistics Intern, where Valters contributed to digital projects and process enhancements in fulfillment and order management. Valters holds an MBA from the University of Amsterdam and two bachelor's degrees in International Business and Management from Rotterdam Business School RUAS and International Business and Commercial Diplomacy from the University of Latvia. Education also includes a high school diploma in Mathematics and Physics from Agenskalna State Gymnasium.
