Karol Koniarz

Karol Koniarz is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Regional Head of Talent Management at UNHCR, focusing on the Southern Africa region since January 2023. Previous roles include Global HR Partner in the Emergency Operations Division at the World Food Programme and various senior HR positions within the same organization, where responsibilities encompassed restructuring, recruitment, and organizational alignment. Prior experience also includes significant roles at Greenpeace International, managing HR strategies across regional offices, and establishing HR structures in organizations like Creamfinance and CBM Corporation.
