Trina White, PHR, SHRM-CP

Trina White, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of HR. Trina currently serves as the Senior Vice President of People and Culture at UniCourt since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Consultant Executive at Guide to HR starting from December 2022. Trina also has experience as a Member at Chief, a private network aimed at empowering women leaders.

In terms of their involvement in professional organizations, Trina has been a part of the HR Certification Institute since 2006. Trina has served as a member of various exam development panels, including the PHR and PHRi Exam Development Panels, where they reviewed forms and coached item writers. Trina was also involved in the California Item Writing & Form Review Panels related to PHR CA / SPHR CA certifications from September 2006 to December 2013.

Additionally, Trina held the position of Global Head of Human Resources at Alchemee (formerly The Proactiv Company) from April 2021 to November 2022. Before that, they briefly worked as a Human Resources Consultant at the same company. Trina also gained experience as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Ethos Human Capital Solutions from December 2020 to April 2021.

Trina has demonstrated their leadership skills by serving as a Board Member at the Employment Round Table of Southern California Inc from June 2019 to November 2021. Trina also worked as the Head of HR and Vice President of Human Resources at HealthRIGHT 360 from January 2019 to August 2020.

Prior to these positions, Trina held various HR roles at Cortland Partners, where they served as the Vice President of Talent Resources (Human Resources) from March 2016 to August 2018. In addition, they worked at Everbridge as the Head of HR and Senior Director of Global Human Resources from June 2010 to March 2016. Trina also served as the Director of Human Resources and the Human Resources Administrative Manager during their tenure at Everbridge.

Trina White, PHR, SHRM-CP, received a HR Management Certification from UC Irvine in 2004. Prior to that, they pursued a Social Sciences Major at UC Irvine from 1991 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, Trina White has also obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute in June 2005, and the SHRM-CP certification from the SHRM Certification in June 2015.
